The District is located approximately 24 miles northwest of downtown Houston. The District is bounded on the north by Spring Creek, on the south by Spring Stuebner Road, on the east by an unnamed drainage ditch, and is partially bounded on the west by Sherrod Lane. The District contains approximately 750 acres of land.
