The District contains approximately 660 acres of land. The District is located approximately 23 miles southwest of the central downtown business district of the City of Houston, five miles southwest of the central business district of the City and lies wholly within the corporate limits of the City and within the boundaries of the Fort Bend Independent School District. Access to the District is provided by Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road to Texas Highway 6 to Vicksburg Boulevard.
