Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 34, of Fort Bend County, Texas (the “District”), is a governmental agency and political subdivision of the State of Texas located approximately 25 miles west of downtown Houston. The District contains approximately 673 acres of land. The District is bounded on the south by FM 1093, on the east by State Highway 99 (the Grand Parkway) and on the west by Katy-Gaston Road. The District lies wholly within the exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston.
