The District contains approximately 456.7 acres of land. The District is located entirely within Fort Bend County, Texas. The District is located partially (approximately 397 acres) within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City, and partially (approximately 60 acres) within the corporate boundaries of the City. The District is located approximately 25 miles southwest of the central business district of the City of Houston. The District is located south of U.S. Highway 59 and F.M. 762 and east of F.M. 2977. The District lies wholly within the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.
