Neighborhoods

The land within the District has been developed as 4,610 single-family residential lots on approximately 1,265 acres. Amenities for the single-family residential development include three swim centers with 25-meter lap pools and the Club at New Territory (18,000 square feet) consisting of meeting facilities, a playground and athletic fields, a lap pool and two tennis courts. Additionally, approximately 28 acres of multi-family residential development; approximately 44 acres of commercial/retail development, two elementary schools, a middle school and a church on approximately 72 acres, which are not taxable by the District; and approximately 830 acres of non-developable drainage and levee easements, permanent flood plain, parks, recreation and open space.

The District consists of approximately 2,239 acres of land in Fort Bend County, Texas, approximately 21 miles southwest of the central downtown business district of the City of Houston. The District lies wholly within the boundaries of the City and Fort Bend Independent School District.
